As of August 20, 2020 Addison Rae was named by Forbes magazine as the highest-earning TikToker worldwide. In addition, she is among the most popular people to follow on TikTok. Addison Rae has also become a huge star on YouTube, Instagram, as well as Twitter. Her first appearance as a singer when she released her single Obsessed in 2021. Obsessed peaked at position four on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart and was the sixth-most trending video on YouTube at the time of it's release.
