Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
She was initially inspired by shadows reflected on grass. After a few weeks she came up with a technique that didn't create the object she chose on canvas as a flat image. The subject becomes a replica of itself, and the canvas carries an interpretation by painting of the object, especially when it is a living thing or food item, such as fruit or people. Alexa Meade's works are fleeting and the image is the only thing that is left. Photographs and painting are together to produce an unflattering two-dimensional space that is trompe-l'oeil. At certain locations, the three-dimensional space can be seen, for example, near the eye or the hair. Occasionally, Meade integrates her painted models into the 3D space around them, allowing them to interact within their own self-created environment. The result is a blurring of the lines between photography, painting, and installation.
